RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RETURNS
BluNori aquatic products: swimsuits, bikinis, swim trunks, and rash guards are non-returnable due to our strict hygiene requirements.
For other items that are eligible for returns, we offer hassle-free returns up to 30 days after your item has been shipped to you.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unused. We will not be able to accept any returns with visible worn sign.
For items purchased during a "gift with purchase" promotion: All items must be returned for a full refund. If you'd like to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund amount less the value of the gift (the listing price at the time of purchase).

RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS & IMPORT TAX/DUTIES
You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment, as well as any import tax / duties for international customers. Please confirm with your shipping carrier that import tax / duties are included in your return shipping calculation.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Returns can take up to 14 days from the date shipped to arrive back to us and are usually processed within 1 week. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once the refund has been processed.
Please note that all import tax / duties will be excluded from the refunds.
